Rhaven, an NYC resident, won Miss Black New York USA 2017 and will be competing in Miss Black USA this summer. This is one of the portraits she will be using in her competition leading up to the event. Rhaven is also a singer and a nurse at one of NYC’s leading hospitals. She loves to travel and hopes to visit every country in the world.
